Revit MEP/ BIM/ 3D Building Services Modeller- Norwest, Sydney

Our Western Sydney office based in Baulkham Hills is looking for an experienced BIM / Revit Modeller with minimum 2 years BIM / Revit MEP and 5 years building services experience to join our team.

As a BIM / Revit Design Modeller you will be responsible for assisting in continuing the development of our existing BIM / Revit documentation protocols, ensuring project documentation meets client’s expectations via proficient use of BIM / Revit, and assisting all offices as required, continuing our growth as a leading BIM / Revit documentation organisation.

Graduate Chemical/ Mechanical Engineer- Perth

This permanent position involves the performance of engineering design consultancy tasks as directed by either senior engineers, within ACOR’s dangerous goods, risk and petrochemical division.

The role encompasses providing project management skills, dangerous goods advice and risk assessment, and engineering services from project inception and design to installation and commissioning. Budget tracking and report preparation are also required. Training and project requirements may result in local travel.

  • Transaction approvals

  • Monthly review of creditors, PAYG and BAS returns

  • Provide design and documentation of Hydraulic services including, hot and cold water, Gas reticulation systems, waste, stormwater, sewerage and drainage systems, Fire Hydrant and Fire Hose Reel Services for a range of residential, healthcare, commercial, industrial, institutional, defence and mixed use projects
  • Provide management assistance and direction of drafting and Hydraulic Services Design team resourcing
  • Diploma in Hydraulic Services Design or equivalent Engineering Degree
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills and good time management
  • Estimate quantities and cost of materials, equipment or labour to determine project feasibility
  • Prepare project design reports, budgets and assistance with fee proposals
  • Actively work in a team of expert professionals who are proud of where they work
  • Competent experience in Fire Sprinkler services design (would be advantageous)
  • 3D / Revit, Cad Experience (would be advantageous)
  • Computer competence in using Microsoft Word and Excel

Our Brisbane office is looking for a highly skilled Senior Civil Designer with minimum 10+ years experience to join our Civil team..

The successful candidate will need solid, in-depth experience in and knowledge of 12D. You will need to have an approachable personality, be able to work with minimal supervision and be able to interface with clients and other stakeholders.

In addition you will need to satisfy the following essential criteria:

  • 12D design and CAD drafting experience, including site grading, earthworks, stormwater drainage, road and intersection design and In-Ground Services
  • Predominantly experienced in land sub-division design and/or Commercial/Retail Sites
  • Associate Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
  • Able to lead a team of designers and drafters and mentor young staff

  • 5-8+ years’ relevant engineering experience in Australia
  • Chartered Electrical Engineer with relevant Electrical Engineering qualification
  • Ability to coordinate and carry out electrical design as part of a team for a range of projects which may be single discipline or multi-discipline and may span over multiple offices.
  • Proven ability to assist with management of project delivery and team resources to ensure project delivery is within budget and on time.

  • Experience in production of documents – functional descriptions and test documents.
  • Functional Safety Training and experience, desirable.
  • Ability to work well within a team as well as independently with minimal supervision.
  • Some travel is required for this role.
