Like most businesses, ACOR Consultants is doing everything we can to minimise the impact of COVID-19. This note is to assure our clients that we are taking the necessary precautions to keep our staff and clients safe. We have a national business continuity plan in place to ensure our business remains operational and to minimise the impact of disruption to your projects.
Obviously, there are limitations on the ability of our staff to travel to site or to meet with you face-to-face. To assist with communication, every ACOR staff member is contactable using Microsoft TEAMS (accessible on all platforms) and has access to videoconferencing tools while working remotely. I have asked our staff to increase their level of communication with you during this time, so as to understand your needs and measure your expectations in terms of project delivery.
Above all, the health and safety of ACOR staff and those they interact with is our most important consideration. We will continue to closely monitor government guidelines and the direction of the appropriate health authorities but want to assure you that we remain contactable and we are committed to working with you to help mitigate the challenges ahead. If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact your ACOR Project Manager or me.
