The extension of Art Gallery NSW will create an architectural landmark that delivers significant cultural, environmental, social and economic dividends for Sydney, NSW and Australia. The project will almost double exhibition space and is expected to increase visitation to 2 million people per year.
The NSW government has appointed Richard Crookes Constructions to build Sydney Modern; the Art Gallery of New South Wales (AGNSW) major expansion project, designed by Pritzker Prize-winning practice SANAA and Architectus.
ACOR Consultants will work with lead contractor Richard Crookes Constructions and Central Plumbing Contractors to complete documentation for Hydraulic Services and subsequent certification works. The project will be documented in Revit (LOD 350) and includes the production of workshop and as-built drawings for the building hydraulic systems.
