Position: IT Junior

Due to continued growth an opportunity exists in our St Leonards office for someone ready to start and develop their career in the IT field.

You will be involved in:

  • Entry level troubleshooting of workstations (hardware/software faults)
  • Help desk ticket acknowledgement and resolution/ escalation
  • Workstation software/hardware builds, deployment, and required repairs
  • Personal device troubleshooting
  • General onsite and remote work

What you bring:

  • A natural interest in and aptitude for technology
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Self-motivation and ability to focus with minimal supervision
  • Desire to learn new skills
  • Previous employment is not essential, however customer service experience would be an advantage
