As a Project Administrator, you will support multiple projects in multi-disciplined design, engineering and consulting projects over three programs of works for our most important clients. The ideal candidate will have similar experience in engineering or professional consultancy and pride themselves on exceptional communication & customer service skills.

The main purpose of the Program Administrator is to provide exceptional client experiences by exceeding both program outcomes and client expectations.

Day to day tasks include but are not limited to:

  • Managing daily administrative functions of National Key Client programs
  • Collecting and analysing project data and reporting outcomes
  • Implementing strategic initiatives set by the National Client Team
  • Coordinating and administering meetings, including issuing of minutes
  • Processing of invoices, purchase orders and subcontract agreements
  • Managing project documentation and contracts, raising issues, and implementing changes to contracts

Skills and experience

  • Demonstrated  success in previous project/program administrative role
  • Prior experience within engineering, construction, or professional services will be highly regarded
  • High level organisational, coordination and prioritisation skills
  • Exceptional communication skills with a commitment to delivering a high quality customer experience.
  • A strong working knowledge with business and project Management software packages
  • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite
