Our Western Sydney (Baulkham Hills) & Melbourne offices are both looking for an experienced BIM / Revit Modeller with minimum 2 years BIM / Revit MEP and 5 years building services experience to join our team.

As a BIM / Revit Design Modeller you will be responsible for assisting in continuing the development of our existing BIM / Revit documentation protocols, ensuring project documentation meets client’s expectations via proficient use of BIM / Revit, and assisting all offices as required, continuing our growth as a leading BIM / Revit documentation organisation.

Working closely with current Design staff and Project Leaders you will assist with:

  • Management of individual project co-ordination
  • Assist in the establishment and management of BIM / Revit protocols across all offices
  • Attend project specific design co-ordination meetings
  • Ongoing Revit MEP training and development of junior staff

You will bring:

  • Minimum 5 years of Building Services (preferably Hydraulic and Fire services) experience
  • Minimum 2 years BIM / Revit MEP documentation and experience
  • Advanced level of skill with Autodesk Revit, MEP and AutoCAD
  • Navisworks experience, preferred
  • Ability to work on multiple projects
  • People management experience
  • An ability to work as part of a team environment
  • Experience with documentation control platforms (eg. Aconex, Project web etc.)

You will be supported by an established team with significant resources, whilst having the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, developing their reputation and skills, assisting in Revit / BIM management across all ACOR offices.
