Peanut Farm Pavilion project was an upgrade and existing City of Port Phillip sporting pavilion. The upgrade will provide the City of Port Phillip with a facility shaped around the needs of the community.

Refurbishing the facility up to community standards as well as integrating new accessible amenities, including change room upgrades, will allow for the continual growth and participation of sport – particularly for female-identifying participants.

Purposely located, increased transparency ensures viewing from within the facility is maximised whilst providing more passive security measures around the pavilion. This is further complimented by user friendly accessibility that ensures the perimeter of the building is maximised.

The integrity and rich history of the pavilion has been maintained without compromising on the brief, stakeholder requirements, quality or design.

The refurbishment works included:

  • New PV system with battery storage
  • Social area
  • Kitchen / kiosk
  • Home and away change rooms and amenities
  • Public amenities
