• 2016 Master Builders Association Awards NSW for Health Building ($5M-$10M)

As part of Northside West Private Hospital’s expansion of their mental health capacity, a new suspended composite steel and concrete floor was built above the existing hospital and parking area to accommodate the addition of 30 new eating disorder beds.

The construction methodology and materials selection meant the composite deck was constructed above the existing structure with minimal alterations to the existing building.

ACOR provided  Structural and Civil services including developing the Flood Management Strategy Plan, which met Holroyd City Council’s DA requirements and provided a cost saving to the initial project cost estimate.
