We are excited to be kicking off the year with an event where we can drive our core values and facilitate meaningful conversation within our industry. With a focus on Diversity and Inclusion at our forefront, we understand the need for change within our sector and support efforts towards building an inclusive and diverse industry workforce.
Australia’s largest meeting of Women in Construction takes place at Sydney Build each year and we invite you to join us as we host the networking lounge. You can also visit the Diversity & Inclusion Stage, where topics including the importance of leadership, age, gender, and cultural diversity, driving equality and change, reconciliation in construction and participation policy will be discussed.
Our Strategy Leader for People, Nicole Brewer, will explore the topic “An Inclusive Culture: Building it to Last” at the Diversity & Inclusion stage on the 7th March at 2PM alongside Brian Clohessy (Architecture BVN) and Andrew Langford (McGregor Coxall).
We will also be exhibiting at the event, showcasing our national, multi-disciplinary engineering capability that spans a diverse range of market sectors.
