Chantelle Stevens is ACOR’s Acting People Executive, working closely with leaders across the business to translate strategy into practical, people‑centred outcomes. 

Since joining ACOR in October 2024 as a People Business Partner, Chantelle has partnered with leaders to develop and embed people initiatives aligned to ACOR’s FY26 and FY30 business strategy. Her focus is on building leadership capability, strengthening performance, and fostering engaged, values‑driven teams. 

Chantelle brings strong HR experience and a practical, grounded approach to people leadership. She is particularly passionate about coaching leaders, supporting change, and ensuring performance and culture are closely aligned. Chantelle helps managers lead with confidence by connecting people to their strengths, purpose and the broader goals of the business. 

For Chantelle, the most rewarding part of her role is working alongside great people to help ACOR and its teams continue to grow and succeed.
