Two mixed use towers which comprise of 5,000m² NLA commercial office space, 625m² gymnasium, 1,230m² medical office, 1,800m² of retail and food and beverage space, a supermarket and 190 apartments.
A new mixed-use residential development incorporating 1,000m² of retail and food and beverage space, a 90 place childcare facility and 101 residential apartments.
The site is located at the corner of the Bus interchange and Dickson light rail.
After receiving approval for stage one of this exciting precinct, Doma Group will now begin work to deliver the 13,200m² campus style and atria office space, basement carpark, and the mixed-use development including a first-floor childcare centre.
