A new mixed-use residential development incorporating 1,000m² of retail and food and beverage space, a 90 place childcare facility and 101 residential apartments.
The site is located at the corner of the Bus interchange and Dickson light rail.
After receiving approval for stage one of this exciting precinct, Doma Group will now begin work to deliver the 13,200m² campus style and atria office space, basement carpark, and the mixed-use development including a first-floor childcare centre.
