Sydney, Australia – 20 January 2026 – ACOR, one of Australia’s leading employee-owned engineering consultancy firms, is pleased to announce the appointment of Rob Clarke as Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Founding Managing Director, Michael Goodwin will continue in a non-executive role, supporting our people and clients.
Rob brings more than 30 years of leading tier-one multidisciplinary consulting businesses and has contributed to industry bodies such as Green Building Council of Australia (GBCA) where he serves as a Board Member and Chair of the Advisory Committee. During his career, Rob has led initiatives that have shaped a sustainable built environment and advanced low-carbon practices. His background in property and building services, combined with a collaborative leadership style, positions ACOR for continued success in health, defence, and major property portfolios.
Rob’s appointment reflects ACOR’s commitment to investing in people- and client-focused leadership to create better futures for all.

Rob commenced as CEO on 12 January 2026, working closely with ACOR’s Board Acting Managing Director, Alan Edler and leadership team to ensure a smooth transition.
