I get great satisfaction out of seeing a project completed, that performs better than the client expected. It’s interesting working with people to find the “right” solution. Often it is not the technically optimal solution, but something that responds to the more intangible project constraints such as aesthetic, performance or operational requirements, which in turn tend to be very client-specific.

When I’m not at work I can be found playing AFL football (all be it the older person’s version), playing basketball, swimming, or walking the dog, and, most importantly, spending time together with my family, enjoying good food, good wine and good company.

Combining an honours degree in Civil Engineering, along with a Bachelor of Commerce, Nathan is a Principal of ACOR, Advisory Executive and Service Line Leader. He has a wealth of experience in leading teams while maintaining a hands-on approach providing structural design and construction supervision on a variety of projects, in both Australia and overseas.

He specialises in the areas of Pharmaceutical, Sport and Recreation, Performing Arts Centres, Animal Containment, High-Rise and dynamically sensitive structures, 3D modelling and analysis.
