Bianca is our Project Administration Leader and has been a part of ACOR since October 2018.

Bianca started her journey with ACOR by initially interviewing for a receptionist role at ACOR’s office in Sydney, but she quickly demonstrated that she could do much more. She was offered the role of Junior Administration Assistant, a role more suited to her skillset. Bianca then progressed and became an Administration Assistant and Project Administrator before taking her current role.

In 2021, Bianca joined the team to develop ACOR’s Project Management System. She worked closely with a broad range of people in the business to understand their needs and to implement them in this new system. Bianca devoted herself to understanding the system, assessing all the functions, and facilitating training sessions within the business. She continuously provides feedback to keep improving the system.

In mid-2023, she recently accepted the National Project Administration Leader role. ACOR’s continuous support for its employees in pursuing their career goals allows Bianca to keep advancing her skills and growing her career, which she values tremendously.

Bianca is a very enthusiastic learner and aspires to become a leader and mentor to women in the industry in the years to come. She also has just graduated from the ASBEC’s Women in Construction Future Leaders Pilot Program in March 2024.

In her time away from the office, Bianca loves camping at her favourite spot in NSW Mid-North Coast, and going to the beach with her family and friends.
